Mine has been on since 8am this morning and I have 62% battery left. I have used it quite a lot though with phone calls, music and games.

Mine came off charge at 12pm today and it's at 51% now and I've not used it for more than 20 mins (wifi/installing apps)... I'd hate to return it for another and end up with one with a dodgy screen, bad buttons etc... :/

Go into contacts, click on menu and select accounts, click add account and select facebook(should be there if you've downloaded the facebook app off market place)
That should work but for whatever reason it didn't work for me so I downloaded a app called "SyncMyPix" to attach my facebook friends photos to their contacts, however use the first method if you can.

It's crazy how easy this is to see in bright sunlight, just using the widget to turn up the brightness and you can see it in any condition!

I love it!
 
When upgrading roms do you lose all your settings and apps? From what I've read it appears you don't, only your homescreen widgets. I'm on R3 and it runs fine, if I lose everything when I update I can't be bothered but it not I might as well.

Gonna hold off till contract release & see what they can do for me price wise, gave my contract to my mum when work gave me a blackberry. It's currently £19 and hardly get anything for that. Will leave her with the Sony Ericsson & stick my work sim in the San Fran :D.

Account manager said they should be available in November.
 
What do I need to do to get 2G/3G working on the San Francisco?

This is my first phone with 3G and I haven't even used it before. When I go into "Mobile Networks" in settings the "Data Connection" has "Connection Failed" under it. What would cause that?

Also, will I need a new O2 3G SIM to be able to use 3G as my O2 SIM at the moment is a couple of years old.

How do I get those APN settings?

EDIT: Think I've done it. I put the APN as payandgo.o2.co.uk and left the user and password fields blank, is that right? 3G seems to be working.
