The **Now Eating** Thread

The hash brown was more bubble and squeak with sprouts and carrots.
 
Not as pale as it looks in this pic but definitely not as good as normal. Pizza was a regular 65% hydration dough (though super fresh - made this morning), bbq brisket from yesterday and some green peppers and red chillies. I also reduced down some fresh tomatoes for the sauce but to be honest that was a little lacking. Despite all that, still very tasty all in all.

Went to a Chinese restaurant called Lee Garden for dinner. Chicken satay skewers to start and then a special fried rice.

And a chicken Ceasar salad at the Titanic Experience. Also had some parma violet ice cream, which I didn't get a picture of. Nom nom! :D
 
Tried a recipe from Saturday kitchen a few weeks ago, James Martins Smoked eel,new potatoes and baby leeks with a clam beurre blanc
Never tried eel before so thought I would give it a go
