Not as pale as it looks in this pic but definitely not as good as normal. Pizza was a regular 65% hydration dough (though super fresh - made this morning), bbq brisket from yesterday and some green peppers and red chillies. I also reduced down some fresh tomatoes for the sauce but to be honest that was a little lacking. Despite all that, still very tasty all in all.
Tried a recipe from Saturday kitchen a few weeks ago, James Martins Smoked eel,new potatoes and baby leeks with a clam beurre blanc
Never tried eel before so thought I would give it a go
Presentation leave a bit to be desired but it tasted great
