Release 560 and later drivers have a bug that can allow Resolve() to leak between command lists in D3D12, this can result in things as benign as MSAA not working, to full graphical artifacting, including stretching offscreen.
It may also be reflected in substantial increases to GPU Commit that are plaguing games such as Forza right now. (The recent crash after X minutes bugs are mitigated by providing a larger page)

Until they release said patch, the only way to fix this issue to roll back the NVIDIA Game Ready Driver to version 561.09. This version has no issues with iCUE and your CPU usage will revert back to normal levels. Once NVIDIA creates a fix, you can re-update the Drivers to the latest version and enjoy Black Ops 6 and iCUE without issue.

Seems the driver of choice is the 561.09 Studio drivers! I might roll back as ever since I upgraded the drivers, some games which were smooth have instances of hitch/stuttering
