As long as he's running an updated version of Windows 11 it's there otherwise else should they be using? Windows 10 is dead shortly

Latest version of Windows 11, as I said not everyone has it

Well I'm not fussed, everything is flawless! Also good thing, it means it's not turned on :D
True, mean its not the feature I thought it was which would dynamicly adjust the monitor refresh with the content so 24 FPS actually matches so movies don't jitter on monitors with Hz in the multiples of 30/60 but my dream was broken, Seems only Apple can figure out how to do that (granted on a phone and ipad pro).

Mean Windows is ass, its full of problems.

Out of my 4 displays, 3 are DP and 1 is HDMI, that 1 has Dynamic refresh rate greyed out, says its not supported. Its a 165Hz AOC display.

Not that I use use it for any of them anyways.

That refresh rate is the same as neil79. Why not try to see if setting the refresh rate to 120 Hz and see if it shows up

other than closing apps you're not using, disconnecting any monitors you don't need, and tweaking the performance options under advanced system settings, not really. Even these don't give very much
