So go back to my homebrew? I never left it, why would I want to go back to an inferior standard firmware PSP? :confused:

Edit: Also my PSP is used for emulation, mainly SNES/GBA games which are found second hand these days, why would I pay for a second hand game when it's the same as downloading? The developer/pub gets no profit. LOL.

Infact, I've barely played most the games I did download, I usually play the first 2 levels then get bored, where as the ones I do buy I always play till the end or even play to this day.

Don't you dare try and say getting a rom of a 15 year old odd game is anywhere near the same as stealing a car.

A car gets taken, a ROM however is merely me making a copy.

Go and look up the difference between copyright theft and actual theft.

In one you are removing a physical item, in the other you are taking a copy and leaving the "physical" item in tact. I hate it when people use the "go steal cars" arguement, it shows how little they understand of the actual subject.

I agree with the downloading to try out games btw, So much crud around that I'd be pretty angry if I'd spent 40/50 quid on some of them.

theft implies you have removed the use of the item from the original owner, which downloading a copy is not doing.

The thing with that arguement, Is in piracy you took nothing. Piracy is copying, While leaving the original in place. I mean, If you stole the original and copied it, yeah that's theft.

If you rent it, copy it and send it back, That's piracy.

They are 2 separate crimes

Do you honestly think his brain can interpret this information logically as you have presented it? (considering at least 3 others have already said the same and he does not seem to acknowledge/understand it).

Also I am convinced he owns a keyboard with broken/missing Shift . ' , keys.

Well, I have to say, a lot of your arguments start out founded, and just like a normal debate, But over the course of the debate you seem to fall into a sort of troll like behaviour. This isn't just this thread either, top 2/3 threads where you are posting, having similar retorts from you. Including you calling someone a tool.
