Can someone tell me how and is it okay to dont use curve optimizer so just PBO2 auto and just lower to -0.0875mv or 0.0750mv

Im not sure is lowering vcore negative (cant find that option in bios) is the same is lowering to negative in curve optimizer

I read this from someone who has a similiar problem:

"I switched from curve optimizer to pbo2 auto and a -0,075mV negative offset. My cb23 scores went from around 22000 to 21000 and max temps went from 81c to 72c. Max single core boost effective clock remained at 4950mhz. I think you should try that. Also, warzone gaming temps went from peaks of 83-85c to peaks of 75c…"

I wouldn't do a manual offset with a Ryzen 5000 CPU. CPU's and GPU's a algorithmic controlled and it's very hard work trying to win that battle!
I'd repaste and run some stock numbers to start and go from there.....

Well this is a game for someone who has a lot of time, its not me :) i just locked clock in ryzen master to 4500 and lower voltage to 1.15,now its under 60c ,i know i have to do this on every boot but its working for now,i might try higher clock and test voltage with RM its just easy then testing with bios, just thx to everyone trying to help

Just check that 1.15v is not holding the performance back. Try same settings with 1.2v, and run a few benches to see whether scores remain the same. These chips are quite resilient to not-crashing, but can drop performance when undervolted by too-much.

We are not all lucky as you,re-pasting didnt bring any changes while stock its hitting 80-83 in a sec with 75% or 100% power from arctic freezer 360 RPM cant go further as 1700, Idle 45-73c i know its high, while booting and entering windows temps is 79-80 and then goes quickly to 50-55 i probably got bad sample,or maybe i had to use old mounting for freezer 360,maybe 5600x and 5900x have components on differents spots under IHS,cooler did a good job for 5600x,only way for now to make temps better is with ryzen master 4500/1.2 or 4650/1.25, its stable while gaming 62-65c,but whats the point of having 5900x then..

With 4650/1.25 i run c23 single core is 1501 at 58-62c,Multicore can not start at all :)

With stock setting single core is 1563 at average 72-76c

So its not big difference in my case to undervolt and underclock with ryzen master the chip for gaming for lower temps,im not experienced in this, can i apply same settings in Bios like in ryzen master, dont want every time i reboot to tune the ryzen master.

My 5900x with an Arctic Freezer 360 V2 is hitting 65-70'c running Cinebench R23 for about 20 mins and takes 5 mins to go from 29'c (idle) to 65-70'c. Something doesn't sound quite right for you to hit those temps so quickly!

Silly point maybe, have you taken the clear plastic sticker off the Arctic Freezer's heatplate?

I had no problems installing everything,5600X was there before 5900X,great temps and everything.

You mean 4 screw which are goes to the Mobo,or 4 screw which are securing the block
