*** The Official BTCC Thread ***

I didn't realise BTCC was back this week.

I also can't believe how much motor sport is on this weekend after a couple of weeks off.

BTCC - Donington (ITV4)
F1 - China (BBC/Sky)
WTCC - Morocco (Eurosport)
Nascar - Texas (Motors/?)
Indycar - Long Beach (Sky)

:eek::D

Nascar Cup is on Premier Sports :(, but live coverage of the Nationwide should be on Motors. If not live there will be a rerun or highlights.

Its a good weekend for motorsport :)

Oh what a shame.... :D

Plato barging someone off the track and ends up stuffing himself into the tyres. Couldn't happen to a more deserving 'driver'

Looks like plenty of action today (as usual).

I know why everyone hates Plato, but I actually don't mind him, he is on a mission, and at least he keeps it entertaining and can put his money where his mouth is when the chips are down.

But he is a clown at times, and although he keeps reigning in his aggressiveness, it still boils over still..

:)

Yep there is a lot of bashing of him on here. He doesn't help himself sometimes of course, but is very good driver all the same. No mention of the Honda guys moaning about being slower on the straight on here I noticed.

I like Plato personally. Good memories of him racing when I used to watch BTCC religiously years back! Always makes for an entertaining race.

Please please please someone give Paul O'Neil the sponsorship he needs to go racing. I don't know how many more cringe worthy interviews I can watch :D

Last race just about to start. Just realised why Plato has picked number 99 for his car - because of the Tesco Momentum 99 sponsorship I'm guessing :)
