XP compatibility and admin rights on the agent files. I can't remember the directory name but you can check google for it.

Well the launcher is a P.O.S, I close it down and not it is stuck on updating setup files.

I press login, then it hangs for a bit and gives me a 3003 error.

My bad. Turns out I had the wrong username. I was thinking it was that battlename or whatever, it's actually my email.
