Twice I think I have gotten in but apparently my password has been incorrect, on both occasions. I can't even login to battle.net to check if my password is correct as it is being hammered to death.

You are supposed to be logging into the US server.

The EU servers are not running.

When I try to connect to the Americas I get error 37 and when I try to connect to Europe servers I get error 3003 so I can't win no matter what.

The newsfeed in the bottom right-hand corner says you can expect to get this error. They've limited the load on the servers until some problems have been ironed out.
