995th on the Season 5 Solo WD board 
getting there with my Crusader.
done some grifts last night and got my paragon from 174 to 224 so not far off now unlocking the last difficulty.
on the cube side of things what weapons\armor\rings and i looking for to extract the powers from? would it be strength? still have all three slots empty at the moment.

Those are the core pieces you'd need to either run a LoN Bombard set-up or an Invoker Punish/Slash set-up.
ty for the info, does it matter what difficulty i farm to get these?
nearly unlocked the last one once i hit 250 paragon
also forgot as done quite a few grifts last night im finding that i am getting legendary gems, i have been leveling them up but unable to use still. what are these for\do?

Higher the better, and also inside of Rifts where possible (higher drop chances). Legendary gems go into jewelry only and are pretty powerful. There's about 20 different types, mostly focusing on damage and defense although some are utility based.

the Legendary sword: In-Geom seems pretty popular at the moment as well.
I remember spending ages farming a Ring of Royal Grandeur before seasons.
However I had 2 drop last night, both with really good stats... it seems a shame to extract the power from them... haha.

Had a good session at the weekend with 2 friends, all similarly geared - hasnt been like that in a while
Tested the waterd last night tried a solo G60 - got through it easy enough, been trying to master a set dungeon and getting no luck - playing a wiz - cant get to burn enemies in 1 dungeon and cant get 30 mobs slowed in another lol

I have still to find my rrog, it use to just drop in act 1 bounties in higher difficulties, i take it it different now?
Yeah you were mincing through every level. Think i was lucky to even kill a few mobs tagging along. We had a good few runs. Got all the pieces for the Raekor/IM now too so need to learn it. That weapon you got Standoff near pefect. Probably better option than IK BB? Going to give it a bash once i sorted out my loot.
Immortal Raekors doesn't work without IKBB, even at 200% movement speed Raekors can't speed farm TX without WotB. I've tried it with an ancient Standoff.
That being said, I didn't use FnR...
I will do a bunch of act 1 bounties tonight to see if i can farm for one. Finally got some decent rings with the right leg gems but just needs souls for the reroll. Got FnR but it pretty bad roll.
Managed to get a decent Band of Might, is it worth while holding on to it and get another bad one later to extract or should i just use the good one right away as i need it for both Leapquake, IK/Raekors FC anyway?

yeah running on t9 atm so it shouldnt be too bad hopefully.

yeah was watchinga bit of that too, seemed uber laggy tho with all the calamity procs on mobs.

tis the diablo meta wayMy mind is blown that it's 2016 and a multi billion dollar company like Activision Blizzard can't even provide servers capable of running the game lag free. Almost embarassing really. If the servers can't handle numbers this high and calculations so frequent, then they should do a number squish like they did in WoW and rework some of the DoT sources to tick less frequently but for more.
