had some dude in an interceptor try and take me out last night
was in 0.4 doing a courier and this dude with a sec status of -0.1 came in and webbed me and warp scrambled me. I then set my drones used 3 medium N.O.S 2 webb and a target painter and started hammering him with my rails from the brutix, soon his web went down where he was out of cap, i destroyerd his ship and let him go he later mailed me saying next time itll be a bigger ship

hes nailed it i had 5 medium drones hitting him and in my Hi's i have 4 x 200MM Scout rails loaded with iridium also the 3 medium N.O.S and mids 2 x webb 1 x painter 1 x cap recharger lows 3 x energised passive armor plates (forgotten exact name) 1 x medium tech II repper and a power diag. tis a killer setup
I have just started playing this weekend and just wondering if i should reroll my toon. Basically i knew nothing when i started and went heavy on Will power and perception and ignored int and memory, base stats are something like 13 and 14 on WP/Perc and 4 on INT/MEM.
Doing learning skills atm for Int/mem and have learning level 3 but dont know if this is going to screw me up later on down the line and if i would be better to restart now while im not to far in. Im hoping the high WP/Perc bonuses and fast training will balance out the slow Mem/Int skills over time.
Im not 100% sure what i want to do yet, currently having fun running missions in my rifter and also enjoying mining in my probe and cargo hauling in my hoarder. Will probably do more mining then anything to start with to make some quick/easy cash so my training times are going to hurt.
So should i reroll and make it more balanced or not?
The other quick question i had was are there any skills that let you see the markets for other regions or do you always have to travel to another region to check the market?

My advice is to go for
High Int & Perc (as they are the Primarey for most Skills)
the Lowest Chatisma (although this stat is getting used more

7/9/7/10/6
this (my main) was started with out any insite into the attribute make up of the skills am quite fortunate to have a almost average spread.

even balance tbh.. all pilots will need a good mix of all the skills.. pvp'ers need int/mem just as much as perc/will due to navigation, mechanics, engineering etc.
Like wise for scientists/manufacturers.. need will/perc for ships and guns, whilst also requiring mechanics, navigation and engineering etc.
Charisma is still the least required attribute, even with the new skills that need it.

Mining, Industry and Drones require memory as primary attribute
Gunny, Missiles, Navigation and the majority of ships require perception as primary.
Science and engineering, mechanic, electronics etc are all intelligence based.
A well rounded character cant go wrong with the achura starting attribs of 3 charisma and 9 in all the rest. If you know pvp or mining is the way to go then you would tailor your attributes either way.
I have a 2 combat characters, one highest in memory for drone use, and another with far better perception for training gunnery. Then my R&D alt has good intelligence and my carebear alt has the achura stats for mining/building/hauling/mission running.
Just dont get addicted and buy too many chars or you'll have no isk left

Hmmm looks like a reroll then, shame because i was just getting to use the good stuff. better to lose a few days now though then weeks in training later on. Only thing that really sucks is i just spent all my money on skills

I remember reading on here, that there is a program that you can use from desktop to Queue skills, it logs into your account and sets the skills training which u list.
