The *Official* Eve Online Thread

It wasnt exactly 3 zero's i was just making a rough generalisation. I meant to put in something like 16.78 Isk per unit and most likely either overwrote the decimal point or put the figures before the decimal point and left in a zero by mistake. Im not entirely sure how i did it. It did cost me around 3 million though. A few others must have done something similar at some point.

Thankfully most of my purchase order placing stuff occured before the major trade patch (think it might have come in with Exodus?) In the past I used to have perpetual buy orders out for R.DBs at 15k a piece. Of course, what people were slow to was the fact that you could reprocess them and sell the minerals for 30k.. I made myself a tidy profit doing that. I used to have huge buy orders going that'd last for about a 2 months, without actually having the cash to pay for the items, knowing that the purchases would trickle in over time.
Boy did I get stung when I first placed a buy order post patch. Poor Bliss suddenly noticed her wallet contained virtually nothing :(
 
Hey guys, this will sound pretty noobish, but what is the best way to Copy BMs...i bought a full set of instas and want to copy them for the Corp...but everytime i try and copy them it doesnt copy them all it copys some and leaves some out...surely theres an easier way of doing it other than one by one.

gonna jump in and advise to only copy about 100 or so at a time...

If you try to copy more than that then the client drops them...

Clients never drop on me when copying BM's
and i only EVER have Count issues when the client is being used while it is copying them.
 
please cease and desist this talk of corp wars, large sums of money, t2 stealth frigates and the like.
it is making me want to resub to eve again, even though all i did before was get stitched up by veterans and mine.

EDIT: just to add insult to injury i got an email from ocuk about a dublin meet.

i KNOW the graphics are shiny and cool looking.
i KNOW i like gadgets,space and flash icons but NO ONE TALKS fgs !!



ahhhh world of warcraft rules etc ..quake 4 quake 4!!!
need for speed underground is very fast with turbos and decals

/slinks off into a dark quiet corner to rest.
