Wow!!!

UFC Macau main event was a cracker!

KO of the year contender much?? Didn't see that coming from a middle aged flabby guy! :p

^ Indeed. Surprised no one is talknig about it. Was crazy!

Was a great card altogether, I think the only boring fight was Stun Gun/Thiago.

Yeah, lot of decisions rather than finishes but the majority were still great fights!!!

Something I didn't realise was Condit's stats going into this weekends title unification bout with GSP - never been stopped in the WEC/UFC and is 5 for 5 in title fights!

I can honestly see him beating GSP! *crosses fingers* :D

good event and the ring girls were rather nice :p

condit nearly lost to an early version of rory macdonald. gsp is bigger and a better wrestler than rory so can only way i see gsp losing with ring rust but you never know. its a fight after all and thats why we watch

I'm hoping ever since that fight Condit has worked hard on his wrestling and bottom game because Rory McDonald really worked him over. If Condit hasn't worked that side of his game he's gonna take 25 minutes of punishment from GSP and my risk his "never been stopped" accolade.

I'm rooting for Condit, he puts on exciting fights where as GSP, whilst technically brilliant, is pretty boring to watch IMO.

ahh damn, I was looking forward to Carwin smashing Roy!

As for GSP, no question he'll win. He'll be cautious but he'll out work Condit who won't be able to stop his takedown no matter how hard he's been training.

TUF 11. Liddel vs Ortiz. Ortiz pulls out.
TUF 12. GSP vs Koscheck.
TUF 13. Lesnar vs Santos. Lesnar pulls out.
TUF 14. Bisping vs Miller.
TUF 15. Cruz vs Faber. Cruz pulls out.
TUF 16. Carwin vs Roy. Carwin pulls out.

Also, is anyone worried about the GSP/Condit fight? All this hype but I'm not sure it will deliver.

Impossible to know. Before the Diaz/Condit fight I thought it was impossible for that match-up to be boring. It wasn't awful per se, just disappointing. Condit played it smart which made for a 'boring' fight.

Kampmann/Hendricks will be nice.

Dana said yesterday that Anderson will be at the fight and that if GSP wins it could be GSP vs Anderson in May next year.

Some people saying they will bring Anderson in to the cage if GSP wins.

I used to be excited about this match-up, now I just want them to get it over and done with because we've been hearing about it for over 3 years and it's gone way beyond the point where I can pretend to care about it (although I'm sure the UFC hype machine will go into overdrive and try to prove me wrong).

Seriously?

It's not that surprising a view point is it?

I think Joe Rogan got it spot on:

"Going back to the Diaz/Condit fight, my point about missing things, is I watched the fight at home and when I watched the fight at home, I had a slightly different opinion. When I watched it live I thought that Carlos Condit won it. In the fourth round I said that Condit was winning this fight and when I said that, I was a little bit out of school, because on the scorecards maybe necessarily he wasn't winning, in my head even, but, there was a trend in round three and four where Condit was scoring way more than Diaz was, that's why I was saying that Condit was winning that fight. The bottom line is when I watched it at home I gave Nick Diaz round one, round two and round five. At home when I watched it, I thought Nick Diaz won that fight."

edit: 1:04 for Diaz-Condit
