Can't fault Bendo's conditioning but I still don't find his fights entertaining in the least - glad Pettis took the title off him!

Would be interesting if belfort does get denied and then see how much his body changes, unless he goes back to fighting in brasil anyway.

He should get denied as he has been busted before but we shall see!
 
UFC 169 coming up and it looks special.

Mir vs Overeem should be a brawl. Can't see this one going past the 1st round. Faber and Aldo on the card as well. Looks good. Shame Aldo isn't a few classes up. No one really pays attention to his class and he gets over looked because of it. He is up there with the likes of GSP and Silva imo.

One of the best ppvs in a while.

First fight was crazy. I know Overeem said he was holding back but I don't think he needed to against Mir. Could have easily finished him. And I'm not sure what he meant when he said Mir "pretends to be rocked to catch a submission"? Never noticed that myself.

Aldos leg kicks looked as good as ever and the Faber stoppage was way too early, but there wasn't really much he could do to show Herb he was ok.

Really?

I thought the whole event sucked, Aldo and Varners fights were great but the rest were snore inducingly bad, really made it hard to stay up.

Overreem holding back and the early stoppage didn't help at all either, although tbf to Herb Dean, Faber had just been dropped and wasn't doing a thing.

Overreem though....I understand not wanting to chance anything after his last two upsets, but there was so many times he could have finished that fight :/
