Yeah he was, feels bad man.

If Mirko and Shogun both lose tonight it's going to be a real bad evening for me :(

I love Bones, he's so unorthodox and took Shogun apart with ease.

It will take someone special to take him out and he could rival The Spider and GSP as the most dominant champion out there.

Cro Cop should be cut now, as he's just not adapted to the octagon.

I can't see Rashad beating him, Jones is so well rounded and so damn lethal!

Agreed Rua didn't look himself, was out for 12 months so its a huge ask to come back and keep the belt but either way I think Jones would have been to strong.

Wow, what a complete shock it was to see Shogun dominated like that, he has never been shut down like that by anyone, it didn't even look competitive.

I really don't see what Rashad can bring to the table, he's a short/small LHW with a wrestling base and power in his punches against probably the biggest LHW who has better wrestling, better striking technique and has looked invincible thus far in his career.

Shogun looked tubby and out of shape, evans up next, please kill him bones, ta.

Shogun always looks a bit "soft", he's never had a ripped body Jones style.

Oh, Jones won another fight tonight too, it was probably more competitive than the Shogun fight :P

Paterson, NJ (WABC) -- A thief found out the hard way that you never know who's around the corner to stop a crime.

After allegedly robbing a woman, the robbery suspect was tackled by a bystander who turned out to be an ultimate fighter.

Jon "Bones" Jones tweeted a photo of the take-down.

Jones says he was at a park in Paterson, NJ getting ready for a fight on Saturday night, when a woman screamed she'd been robbed.

Jones and his coaches went after the suspect, putting him in a leg lock until police arrived.

Jones tweeted that it felt good to help others and that the incident gave him power and energy.

I think he'd probably smash Anderson too. If Sonnen can do what he did then i think Jones would destroy him on the ground. Phil Davis' fight will be interesting next event, he might give Bones problems.

Jones is definitely the future. Amazing performance. Not sure about Shoguns fitness. His fans would have always fallen back on the surgery etc if he lost. I think he got outclassed.

Sad to see Crop Cop lose. Hopefully he's done now. I dunno if I could stomach seeing him get knocked out again.

I wanted Shogun to win so bad, but thats the fight game.

I don't think Shogun was out of shape. As said above, he has never been 'ripped' always carried a bit of fat around his belly. He looked fine until he got tagged with that knee to the head after standing up against the cage in the 1st round. After he took that shot he never really seemed to recover.

It was looking a bit better in the 2nd round but with the superior size of Jones, you could see when they were on the ground and Shogun was trying to spin under for a leg lock, he was having tremendous difficulty with Jones laying on him. Jones is a big dude and had his weight spread out very well so Shogun needed a lot of strength to move under Jones' legs. And after that knee in the 1st, Shogun didn't seem to have it in him.

I am hoping that they match-up Shogun Vs Rampage again. But I doubt that will happen as you don't often see a guy coming off a win facing a guy coming off a loss.
