**The Official Everything MMA Related Thread**

I won my second fight by decision, the lad I was fighting was a bit bigger than me as my original lad dropped out so it was take this fight or not fight.

I felt the weight difference for sure, but was in control for most of the fight i'd say (video will follow once i have it)

I had serious Diarrhea the whole day of the fight and lost even more weight due to fluid loss, but I managed to eek out round 2 despite being completely exhausted.

There is another on the 9th May, but im getting married the day before that so the Mrs won't let me do that one, doesn't want me bruised up from training near the wedding lol.

I think the next one after that is August, i'll probably be on that one.

Does anyone have the video of a fight where one guy hurts the other guy and he falls to his knees, then the other guy runs over to finish him but the guy on his knees KO's him as he's running towards him?

Quality isn't great:

As promised my second amateur fight, not really happy with it but I was fighting with a 5kg weight disadvantage so I just couldn't get him off me on the ground he just tied me up.

Don't listen to the commentator there was head shots on the ground lol

Anyway here ya go :)

Ahhaa thanks Amnesia, I'll remember for the future.

Sorry Kev think you mixed us up, I was the one who did a lot of laying, not through choice, he was a lot stronger than me and just held me I couldn't get my arms free to hit.

He wasn't helping by the fact he didn't try and sweep or submit me at all so I had no opening to strike, he literally just held me up.

As I say I wasn't happy with the performance, but a wins a win.

Well that's embarrassing, sorry mate.:o:o

Now I can say what I really think, as I didn't want to offend you originally;), but he was very negative and offered nothing from what I could see, not going for any submissions or trying to get up, leaving you with very little option as you said. Especially as I don't really know what your stand up is like.

An obvious win for you, but you did all you could in the circumstances, so don't beat yourself up, so to speak.

Soooo busy week ahead starting with

UFC on Versus, here we go!

This free card has a better line-up than most of the recent PPV's.

War Gonzaga!

I can't wait for the main event, I've been dying to see Jones fight since his disqualification loss against Hamill...

Jones is looking scary good, as is Dos Santos; watching the way they quickly dispatched of Vera and Gonzaga respectively has turned me from a skeptic into a believer.

Yep I was impressed with both fights, just a little disappointed that they were both over fairly quickly as watching both of them fight is highly entertaining :D
