always been disappointed with vera when ive seen him fight.

dos santos looks good read somehwere him vs cain could be next.

jones is top, like his style

and my god could they of had any more adverts last night?

Annoying isn't it willems! Considering this is PPV yet you are still bombarded by sponsors and adverts its awful :(

Some good fights, first few were a little weird what with the PUNCH to the eye and his dislocated finger lol

Cant see Kongo progressing too far theres too many fighters a lot better than him in the HW division.

Looking forward to seeing brock fight again I think theirs a few people who are capable of knocking him out, has anyone really landed any big punches and tested his chin yet?

Yet another boring Cheick Kongo fight - easily my most loathed fighter to watch behind Thales Leites.

Dos Santos looked good also, but Gonzaga looks very out of shape nowadays. Good on Jonny Jone but he needs some quality opposition, Vera is very 1D and isnt top drawer. Time for a real test i feel.

I didn't think Kongo was boring, he fought to win. Another loss and I reckon he woulda been kicked from the UFC, he had a game plan and stuck to it.

If he had of stood with Buentello chances are he would have got knocked out, fair enough he wasn't as busy on the ground as I would have liked but it's easy to judge from behind the tv.

No I totally agree with doing what it takes to win, it just makes awfully boring fights - i.e. Thales Leites strategy against Anderson Silva made for one of the most god awful fights ive ever seen.

Demian Maia does a lot of ground work (he should do after what happened against Nate) but he is never classed as boring as he is busy, dynamic and brings something people want to watch. People like Kongo are intent on just grabbing you by the hips, tossing you down, laying on you a bit to wear you out and then bump you with some rights - its rubbish.

End of the day, it may be winning - but fans makes fighters in the UFC.

Bisping just dodged a bullet!

His next fight was due to be against Nate Marquardt, but Marquardt turned it down as his wife is expecting her baby on the set date, and he doesn't want to miss it.

Bisping is fighting Miller instead, still a tough fight for him.

What makes you think he dodged a bullet?

I'd be confident Bisping could GNP to a win (decision) to be honest. Nates wrestling is muchos overrated and we know from the Sonnen fight he's not the best off his back.

I don't think Bisping could take Nate wherever the fight went personally.

He wasn't good off his back against an Olympic US alternate wrestler.

But Bisping is not that, I think Nates better standing and better on the ground.

Bisping is overrated and once the UFC realise they cannot push him as the golden boy of UK MMA he won't last much longer, there are better UK fighters coming through now.

I think Dan Miller will tap him anyway.

I think Bisping is actually underrated as a fighter, i know the UFC hype machine runs overtime on him but i think he's better than people give him credit for. The only thing he actually lacks is power. I know its quite a big asset not to have, but technically he is great in all areas. He has only lost to real top top competition so far. Although as i said in another thread, in my opinion he's only faced top competition or cans, he's not gone through the middle of the pack so to speak.

I do agree that there are great fighters coming through the UK ranks though. That should do wonders for UK MMA and release some of the hyping/pressure on Bisping. Semtex seems to be the one for everybody to get behind at the moment.

TUF 11 looks awesome. First episode was great; some good knockouts and the guys nose at the end was messed up! "Dude your nose is busted" during the fight made me laugh.
