Yeah I don't like how you lose rep when your 10 points clear at the top. I'm pretty sure the board wouldn't lose confidence in you :D

I won the league and I'm still half star reputation and half a bar board confidence. Failing to get to the semi of the cup lost me half my board confidence.
 
On first play through did the treble on pro and all i got out of was full board confidence(:D) and 1 and half star rating :( which is still pretty crap. I think Fifa10 review system you could call it is b0rked.
 
I give up, I've lost 8 games in a row online. :( I'm not doing anything different but I seem to hit the post up to 4 times a game and everything my opponent does goes in! Don't know what I'm doing wrong.
 
Has anyone ever managed to get/give away a penalty on this game with a standing tackle?

Its stupid I keep getting booted in the box or just shoved off the ball, yesterday this happened twice.

First time I was standing still and the defender just ran through the back of me didn't get anywhere near the ball and another defender got the ball.

The second time I first touched it past him and he just stuck his leg out and dropped me, the ball then ran out for a goal kick.

Have they programmed it like this on purpose as outside the box its easy to give away freekicks with standing tackle.

My manager is 5 stars as I started as a poor team and worked my way up. Pretty much every game I played I gained some reputation, after all its hardly difficult to play as a top team and win games.

The problem I had was it was to easy to become a 5star manager I got it in 2 seasons with accrington stanley.

Another problem I had was I was in the relegation zone as I had only played 1 game and everyone else had played 4 so I lost reputation through no fault of my own.
 
Just had the most annoying online match ever!

The guy was the worst player I've played against; couldn't tackle or shoot properly, and rarely ever managed to get past me. I was 4-0 up at the 80th minute against quite possibly the worst Fifa player and then suddenly, without warning, he turned world class and put 5, yes 5, goals against me to go on and win the match. I mean, what the hell? :mad:

Selling it now. :p
 
Im starting to lose a bit of passion with Fifa, you know that feeling - when you play the game, score a great goal and generally not that bothered.

There is just something missing for me.

I played against someone similar the other day, he was hosting and the lag was pretty bad (god knows which country he was in), I couldn't get any decent efforts through as I chose a pretty poor French team, he was Lyon, he was through on goal several times but just hit it wide, he then turned on the pure awesome setting and scored 4 goals in the last 20 minutes.

How do you quick sub in this game now?

Why when you scout for a player does it not give you the players age and very limited details on the player?

How the hell are you supposed to choose who to buy when your scout offers next to no info?
 
Totally agree dannyjo22 re Scouts - tried to use them in 09 and the info they gave was crap compared to my own (lengthy searching). Actually only tried them in 10 once and noticed its pretty much the same...

Form really dictates my team atm - very rare I play with a 100% strength squad of my best players...

To get all the details up I think you need to press the right thumb stick... This will open a new window which allows you to navigate through age, performance, feet, skills, abilities etc.

i had a similar game last night, was 4-0 down with Arsenal against Real Madrid. Changed formation to 4-1-2-1-2 at half time and got it to 4-4 in the 89th minute, straight from kick off he skinned 4 of players and put it in the back of the net. :mad:
 
im currently working on the win 100 classic ranked games, currently on 89, lost 60. i checked the head to head leaderboard last night to see that i was in the top 3000 in the world which isn't too bad.
