They really need to Nerf the 08 Dodge Viper :/
It dominates everything at class S in the time sheets from what I've seen.

I've got the fastest time around Maple Valley full in something that isn't a Dodge Viper in my Gallardo. I'm in 414th place and over 7 seconds off of the pace :s

That thing just produces way too much downforce.


I really wish the level of downforce you ran made a difference to PI, as it stands you'd be mad to not run wings on full on pretty much any track. Much prefer running without wings from an enjoyment point of view. It's just required to be competitive. :(

this was a major problem in f2. the mugen integra could have a lot more downforce compared to the standard and as such dominated a lot of classes. i am racing in the b class hopper atm and its the most fun in multiplayer i have had since forza was released.
 
Public servers are pretty much a waste of time mate.
They often lag loads, they're generally full of awful drivers and they're limited to what classes and length races you can do.

So if you didnt waste your money on the LE version of the game then you dont get any extras from turn 10 ?

Quite dissapointed with that really, i didnt have a clue i just wandered into my local tescos and bought a copy of there game ...

Im furious i cannot drive the GT3 RS or the 430 Scud , what a joke :rolleyes:
 
Considering that there are still Limited Editions in stock in a lot of shops I don't see why you're 'furious'.

It's a common thing to have a more expensive edition with exclusive bonuses you realise?

If the LCE is a waste of money and you brought the standard edition, whats the problem? ;) I heard that VIP will become available on the market place at sometime, it's just that LCE owners got it from day one..

It's not that much of a big deal really, a few cars and a few paints which are mostly given away because they are adverts..
 
Wanted to buy one of the 3 unicorn S204's off the auction house bid 600 k last, went on today to find its at 6 million :( and one of the 3's up near 10 million :(
 
hmmm, i'm having strange goings on.....

Just switched my week old elite on and had 4 quick races at level 26 (the japanese road track) and started my last race of season 3 (Le mans), i think i've got a gfx problem with my Xbox, started off fine, then on the first long straight, the track wasn't showing properly, had black following along side my car on the track, then the textures weren't loading and the track was plain grey, then the grey didn't load at all leaving me racing in a floating car, carried on and got half way through lap 2 and it just crashed and froze, had to reboot my xbox, then i started again and exactly the same happened. What's going on lol.
 
What's going on, I'm afraid to say, is that your Xbox is showing signs of possible GPU or CPU failure. Strictly speaking, it's actually the connections beneath the chips themselves, but either way, it's likely about to break I'm afraid.
