Those panoramic pictures are excellent, at that sort of size you may think they had been taken by a 'proper' camera.

I talked to Handcent engineer again this morning. He said that version 3.9.9.10 will be available from The Market after this weekend. It will include fixes for contact list including fltering for Skype contacts as mine had dragged those in too. Fix for force closure when chosing select all within contacts list and other stuff too. He also said that Version 4 is in alpha beta testing at present and this is being worked on for issues with the Nexus / ICS

I'm running/testing a beta version of 3.9.9.8 which has the fixes done, I've got to update to 3.9.9.10 next week. Currently The Market has 3.9.9.9 which my Nexus had auto updated to overnight and the bugs were back.

Good to know, I love Handcent, but can put up with the stock messaging app for a day or two.

You have to remember though, they come out rather low res, maybe 700 pixels high.

California is such a great place, thanks for sharing the images; they're very good.

The stitching is visible in two of the shots and mainly noticeable in the sky, but it's still very impressive.

Likewise! The only thing that's missing is the ability to select multiple contacts via a check box next to a list of contacts.

This is the only reason I tried Go SMS and Handcent, and will no doubt go back to one of them when their respective bugs are ironed out.

After a brief few moments with it, it is brilliant. An amazing upgrade from my HTC Desire.

For such a big phone it is wonderfully light in the hand.
