I have noticed swiftkey burns my screen

Is it possible to flash this without having to unlock/root? Getting tired of waiting for the OTA.

That's because it is black all the time and so as the rest of the screen gets burnt in, the soft keys bar doesn't. The notification bar has probably done the same if you've had a high screen on time in the last 12 months.
It will be the other way around. It'll be the only only place which hasn't been burnt. I'm sure I've read oled screen lose brightness over time as well and so the soft-keys bar will have peak brightness while the rest of the screen has lost some.

I'd be very careful with that as it might solve burn in problems, it will increase "wear" on the screen.

So far 4.2 seem like the worst update yet. WiFi hotspot and Bluetooth broken, followed by general laggyness all round.
^Lots of people reporting bugs across all Android 4.2 devices. Definitely seems the worst release so far.

My Galaxy Nexus, Nexus 4 and Nexus 7 all seem OK apart from the vibrate bug thankfully. But I haven't really tested.

Just got 4.2 OTA, don't like the clock which is now BOLD for the hour and normal font for the minutes. Take it this is not something you can change?

There's an app called fixed clock widget in the Play Store that has the pre 4.2 style.
