True - problem is, the more I’m using the iPhone 7 and iOS, the more invested I’m becoming in the OS. All my passwords and stuff are on safari now etc

Gonna miss a lot about the IPhone to be honest. IOS 11 is really really lovely. Have to go and pick up a replacement iPhone tomorrow, brand new boxed! I had three replacements all with scratched screens so in the end they said they’ll have to replace it with a new boxed one while they do an investigation, as the screens should be mint.

Really excited about the pixel though - it’s got everything I’ve wanted in a phone from the last few years. Stereo front facing speakers, great battery life, OLED screen, great camera, stock android, good storage options, 3 years of updates, waterproof, really nice to hold in the hand etc etc

When you look at the flip side, and look at what the XL 2 does have, there’s no competition.

I've come from iPhone. I hated iOS11! Seemed like such a backwards step from 10, the new control centre is terrible and the apps all have a lot of unused space with huge titles/headings, and the new notification menu which looks like the lock screen... eurghhhh, You can't even 'clear all' on today's notifications.

How come you find the need to have a camera icon? I exclusively open the camera via a double press of the lock button. It's so fast that I don't see a reason to have an icon any more.

I've just been having a look at the new pixels this afternoon. I actually refer the Pixel 2 over the XL. So much so I may actually order one instead of keeping my N5X another year. The bezels don't seem nearly as bad as what I was expecting at all.

I too, was wondering what the mystery phone is. Nokia 9? Didn't look like what the OnePlus is expected to look like

Had my pixel 2 since launch and love it.

Came from a OP5.

Battery is great.... Easily 4-6 hours SOT.
Camera is incredible.
Build is amazing.
Love Oreo.

Can't wait to try 8.1 soon
