***The Official HP TouchPad Thread***

Sigh. Mine is unresponsive again, won't turn on, no lights are flashing. 2nd time this has happened recently for no reason at all.

What's a decent case to get for it? I quite like the iPad case that can wrap around.

To eBay!

Poundland do a neoprene case for a pound. Fits perfectly. If you're after something to protect it whilst it's in your bag or something like that then that's the path to go down.

Yeah that's all I want really :p I bought a satin type cloth pouch on eBay for £3 though but a neoprone one that doesn't look ghastly would be ideal.

Check out Poundland then, if you go a few pages back someone posted a picture of theirs. It looks great imo, comes in a few different colours, fits PERFECTLY and best of all costs a pound!

I know this has probably been repeated a million times, but doing the tweaks, patches and overclock really do make all the difference. A lot more snappy to use now.

Very easy to do.

My touchstone appears to no want to charge. Orriginially a pop up appeared something about not having enough something and to use a USB. Now nothing.
Any ideas for trouble shooting?

Use a different microUSB cable (but use the same charger that came with it). My cable is utter pants and the touchpad won't charge from it.

I'm having the same problem with my touchstone and I've tried using different usb ports.

Thought what I quoted was aimed at me. Mine is plugged into the wall. Through the mains to usb adaptor. (the giant cyclander thingy)

When I place my Touchpad on the Touchstone it either says it's charging or it does nothing at all (depending on wheither its upside down or not :o) I've never had any error messages

/edit/ try swapping the touchstone power adaptor with the one supplied with the touchpad
