Just got a small bugfix update, restarting the phone and hopefully it allows me to do the big update!

**edit**
restarted the phone but it now just says the phone is up to date. This happened last friday too! Maybe you need to check for updates before restarting the phone or something. Weird ...

Finally got my phone back. The camera issue appears to be fixed (hopefully).

I've chucked ARHD 12.0 with the latest 2.24 fw on it. One annoying thing I've found; previously pressing the home button would take me back to my app draw (if that's the last place I was when opening the app) now it will only take me to blink feed or a home screen. So annoying, I like home taking me to app draw. :( Anyone know of any workarounds?

What software number are you on now then?

Am I the only one who was pleasantly surprised by the sound quality from the bundled earphones? I usually hate all in earphones as in my experience they are usually uncomfortable, have no bass and sound tinny. The ones that came with the One however actually sound ok! MUCH better than standard iPod/iPhone earphones for example. They won't be replacing my Phiaton MS400's though :p

Still can't believe how good the macro shots from this phone are  Without a doubt the best I have seen from a phone imo.

Some more blog posts.

I am still so tempted by the one :( as the camera is just superb all round (wide FOV, OIS, amazing HDR mic, extremely fast shutter [and is even better with zoe], plenty of options/features + great in low light conditions) and the speakers are out of this world.

Supposedly HTC will be bringing an updated version out later this year though, can't say I will be surprised if that is true

It gets worse, on my last contract with unlimited data i was using around 2-3gb a month, Since I have had this phone i am easily using 15gb+

Threes network is that great I don't even bother hooking upto wifi no more.

Had a play with the slow motion camera, not too shabby really.

Not at all. When the cable broke for my AKG K451s I used the bundled earphones for a couple of weeks and I was really surprised by the quality of them.

Ive been finding them great too. First bundled earphones I can actually use in the gym without them falling out every 2 minutes. They sound pretty good too.

I gave my earphones away in favour of my own... :p. I find the earbuds too small on them anyway, and "normal" buds don't seem to fit them.

Wouldn't leave it too long, a lot of them have quality issues and the retailer will refused to replace it after a monthish.

Doubt i'd use them anyway got a set of Bose earbuds which I use if I need some.

On another note, has anyone ever had an issue with their phone when in a call it puts itself into Airplane Mode? Happened 2 or 3 times now and its bloody annoying

Just downloading the Bulletproof Kernal to go with the Revolution ROM, heard good things especially with regards to battery life. I'm already getting really good battery life on the ROM alone.
