Was looking at getting the phones4u vodafone deal but I've hit a snag...

I'm already on vodafone so if I go through phones4u (on vodafone) I cannot keep my existing number!

Is there any way around this? Vodafone directly won't deal at all.

Only way I know of is to port your number out to pre-pay on another network and port back in to the voda/p4u deal.

See if the Voda/P4U deal will let you sign up now and then port your number to them at any time or if it has to be done at purchase/within a set period of time.

Distortion/smudging when you press the edges of the screen.

Mine does it if I press the very edge very hard, but it's not something I would ever do and most screens do it.
 
i notice how teh new 1.29 radio rapes your battery due to the wifi :( not good at all. im down to 34% in 10 hours and only 35mins onscreen time and 30min call! i checked proper usage using a android app called beterbatterystats and it looks liek teh wifi is caining the battery! wtf

My first day of 1.29 was EPIC (for me)

but today ive had the same problem as you. Wifi sucked my batter dry!i had 50% battery in 5 hours after 3 minutes of screen time! Restarted the phone and its back to normal now, very strange

exactly. some others in another forum reporting exact same issues as us. i.e wifi cains your battery.

dissapointing. made things worse this update. what a joke
