Did you factory reset it? That has to be a software issue and that should have fixed it without the need for a replacement. Though that is Apple style customer service from the CPW, very impressive (and somewhat shocking :p).
 
I did factory reset it to no avail.

To be honest CPW have been nothig but exceptional to me. Remember that pink tinge on the screen? Swapped without quibble.
 
Perhaps the software was corrupted then, strange.

I've never actually used their customer service myself but the general notion is that it isn't great, but it sounds pretty good from what you've said.

It has a privacy advantage too though that is often ignored, it means nosey buggers stood next to you can't see your screen. That can be a bit annoying.

They can see yer screen though, as said just abit bright and washed out, I can read everything on my screen from the side.
 
Mine actually is easy to read from the side, and my eye sight ain't the best, the only thing that stops it being easy to read is the reflection on the screen with light shining on it.
 
What type of screen is it? The AUO one has better viewing angles but a worse general image (apparently). It could be that, or you could just be less fussy than I am :p
 
That explains it then, your viewing angles are likely better than mine! Silly of them to use two different manufacturers, seems very lazy :(
 
Apparently the Acer model has loads of tearing and flickering, I've not noticed this yet.


I love this phone though, PS1 in a pocket, Sega Mega Drive in my pocket, shame PS1 ain't really playable due to the R/L keys.
 
Does anyone know how much I could get for an HTC Sensation if I sold it? battery life is too crap for me its doing my head in.
 
had my htc sensation since wednesday, by far the best phone i have had, very impressed, regarding battery life i think its great for the phone it is, upgraded from a htc hero and the battery life is far better then that phone was. took it off charge at 10am today, no at 00:13 and the battery is still at 55% remaining, i am used to charging phone up every day so for me that is great.

love the screen and the size of it.

cant complain so far!
 
I took my phone off charge at about 7 this morning, it's now half 11 and it's still at 100% bear in mind I've not used it, I restarted the phone and it's still at 100%, I think the battery % is wrong.

As soon as I even slightly start using it, the battery stats start to draw cliffs on the graph.
 
I just bought a HTC sensation this afternoon...



I Also Looked at the Samsung Galaxy S II which was £30 cheaper ,But i choose the HTC sensation mainly because i had a HTC desire before
 
When scrolling up some pages my screen don't seen to be able to keep up (text fades as scrolling)


Has anyone else notice this with there sensation ??
