On their description it says SIM and SD card slot. ImI hoping it is dual SIM. I really hope I can return if it isn't as I don't want it otherwise.

There's a trend these days that the SIM tray can accommodate two Sims or one SIM and an sdcard but not all three.
It says the same on the Clove and they confirmed it was single SIM only. You should be covered by the Consumer Contracts Regulations where your right to cancel an order for goods made at a distance starts when you receive the goods and lasts for 14 days
I see Huawei have taken down the options of dual sim in all colours and Twilight isn't even there to buy anymore.

Looks like I'll be sending it back then. Don't know why they cant just be clear on it.

My only issue is only way to find out is to open it. Can I still send it back then for full refund
You should be covered under Consumer Contracts Regulations which replaced the Distance Selling Act as you have not made a "face to face" purchase retailers must give you 14 days in which you can return said item.
Reply from Clove Technology which states that the UK will only get single sim devices - the same as the Huawei Mate 10 Pro which was released last November

For me, Twilight has never been on pre order on the Huawei site. It is however still listed for me, but still says out of stock as it was on announcement day.
Edit. Just checked and the dual sim variants are still there and take me to the shop. Strange that it is showing removed for you.
Edit 2* ok disappeared on mine too. I had a reply from Huawei saying that they couldn't give me an eta to the Twilight availability and that my only option is to keep checking the link on their site.

If it's dual sim it should have 2 IMEI numbers on the packaging.

I have a rear one on the 6P and a iPhone 6S so my fingers and thumbs are used to different fingerprint locations.
Most retailers are offering them not just EE. It's a Huawei promotion you claim via their site in a few weeks time.
All Twilight P20 Pros are dual sim and there isn't an option for single sim in that colour variant.
It's similar to when HTC released the Solar Red U11 which was released as dual sim only

Well spotted however CLT-L29 is designated for International markets.
Huawei / Honor phones always have a L09 designation for European markets most likely the model number will be CLT-L09 and we will be getting single sim for the time being. The only place to get a dual sim variant at launch is via 3.
