I've had:

Not charging when plugged in without the screen being on
Youtube fulls screen flips orientation
WiFi not working when phone goes into extended sleep, needs to be turned off/on

And when I recently updated to iOS 16.1.1, the phone bricked itself - had to do a reset via iTunes/whatever it's called now :(
 
Apple need to slow down adding features and spend 16.2-16.3 optimising, lagging behind android handsets on standby time from most YouTube battery test videos I’ve watched. Once easily the leader on this, also my 14 pro max still not as snappy as my 13 pro max on iOS 15.x
 
Installed 16.2 RC and I do like being able to turn off the wallpaper on the always-on display. Makes it how I imagined it all along - just the time and widgets, that's it. Perfect.
