Got to Home Screen, press and hold on empty space, press edit top left, customise, then select dark (or system if system dark mode is enabled).

Changed it to automatic, see if changes later.

Not if you aren't in dark mode right now I have sunrise-sunset automatic switching so dark mode won't come on for another 30 mins or so. I assume @beachBOYken is the same.

Updated all my devices (except Watch and HomePod mini as they are still going). The only problem I have is that SoundSource is not compatible with this version of macOS so I have to wait for a patch for that.

Ugh. I have no idea why the Apple Watch takes so long to update. All my other devices finished about 20 minutes ago but the Watch says it'll take another hour or so.

Mine got stuck preparing for 30 mins so rebooted my phone and then my watch, happens more often than not with watch updates.

Because dark mode is absolutely awful in anything other than a dark room? All you get is much more prominent reflections on screen etc., it's so distracting. So... light mode in the light, dark mode in the dark


Just realised my original Watch SE will no longer be getting updated. Suppose I should chuck it in the bin now

Had to check mine actually updated. Feels like a nothing sandwich but guess most of the software work has gone to AI BS.

Phone feels a little laggy and dropping some frames. Hopefully just the post upgrade index.
