Ive had 3 payments 'authorised' (2 credit card, 1 debit) although I've only received 1 confirmation. I've only received 1 confirmation email. Am I likely to get the other 2 chunks of cash back? and if so, when?

Or should I ring Apple about this?

So they pre-auth the transaction, makes sense... but then when they physically ship the ipad do they then charge your card? So if it ships on the 14th will that be date the transaction appears on my statement?

Had a delivery from TNT a few years back when I got my first iPod. It wouldn't surprise me if Apple used several but I know they use, or used to use, TNT.

Last time I had to go to the depot for my 4S because they're instructed not to leave the boxes with neighbours etc. Rather annoying given said depot is miles away from home.

UPS is the delivery company. And my money has been taken...unless it comes back again then goes again...can't remember how it happened with the 4s.

That was quick and delivery is now 2-3 weeks from the 18th.

I think the demand for these will be greater than anything we've seen so far. More and more people are adopting the iPad in a variety of different situations on a daily basis.

I'm surprised it took nearly 24 hours. The iPhone 4 sold out within a few hours.

I'd love to see todays worldwide sales though
