I don’t think I’ve ever had an android device that didn’t allow me to turn it off. I was under the impression it was very much based on local laws and only forced in Japan and Hong Kong

you can't say turn down alarm to level 1 and leave calls to higher volume.. it's all under "one main" volume slider.. as an ex android user I couldn't believe it. Used to have my pixel set to lvl 2 on alarms and higher on calls as there's no need for my phone to scream in my ear early in the morning.
 
right, I’m getting a bit fed up now.. 13 pro to 15 pro migrated using apples over air thingy..

Notifications are broken for many apps, instagram, hsbc etc. like I’ll get nothing. No banners etc. enabled/disabled multiple times and still dead. Any ideas ?

Might need to factory reset and start from fresh. Sometimes switching over breaks things.
 
This is my 1st delve into Apple products and while waiting on my delivery, I thought I`d set up an Apple account.

It won`t accept my hotmail address. Is there any way around it?

Delete and re-install the apps?

Both paid and now showing preparing for shipment but not move forward on my 2-9th dates… rekon it’ll be on its way tomorrow?

Oh that! I had noticed. It’s definitely one Android feature I’m going to miss

It is unfortunately, I’ve not experienced it myself but have friends and family that have. They factory reset and used backup and had issues some were fixed and others just wouldn’t and they had to factory reset and start from afresh without.
