Bit annoyed I ordered a dbrand Grip case for my 15 Pro Max which was due to ship in September. Because I also added the screen protector...the entire order has been delayed til October. Looks like my cheap case and screen cover will be on for a bit longer!
 
Impressed with the Pro Max battery, I've been using it quite a bit since yesterday morning, including a 2 hour drive with maps & music streaming and it's still on 50% battery.

I only see the chap once a week so today he told me that that the rear was hot to the touch upon picking it up from a wooden desk.

I’ve had this a few times with my 12 Pro Max but it eventually stops doing it. I’m sure they can fix it with a software update.
 
No heat issues so far with mine, but I did set up my iPhone from afresh and not do a migration or anything transferred over. Using a case with mine so it might mask the heat a bit.Been alright in terms of battery, using about 50-60% battery per day on my medium to semi heavy usage.

Yeah I watched it all, he's of a similar opinion with phones that I'm at. What's the point of upgrading unless your on an iphone 11 or one of these poor unfortunate souls that game on a phone. The gains are so incremental now that you have to wait out 4 or even more refreshes to get any real gain.
 
So what’s everyone using the shiny new action button for? I’ve got mine set to torch as it’s the only thing I can think of that might need a physical button.
 
I’m charging my phone with my battery pack, barely using the phone will the football is on. Gets a notification - pausing charge while phone returns to normal temperature.

Never, ever happened with my 14P, even when I was heavily using it while charging.

It’s an anker magsafe battery pack
 
Ordered a 256GB natural Pro, expected 30th October direct from Apple… anyone seen delivery windows shrink at all?

Not bothered about a wait either way though!

camera but not really using it. The location of the button kinda makes it awkward and lock screen shortcut is much easier.

Mines sometimes gets hot but I don’t have a case on it at the moment so not sure if new.
One thing I definitely notice is that battery life on my 15 pro max is worse than on my 14 pro max
