They have no channels to order over the phone etc ! It's been out of stock since yesterday (30 mins after it started selling)

If is was ready for shipping you would see something like:

"Shipping estimate: November 15, 2012"

They "reserve" the funds almost immediately after you have placed the order so your bank/ccc will say funds pending or taken. All you can do now is wait.

They have no stock (apparently). As sonic_rm they sold out after about 20 minutes or so yesterday, the page updated to saying 'sold out' at about 1:30AM today.


You can ring them on 0800 328 6081, but it's a US based call centre. Few people on XDA have said they've rang and are being told a few weeks, but if you fancy ringing and reporting back. :)
 
This is disturbing.

Just sent an email to their contact centre to confirm when my order will ship.

Got this back instantly within a minute:

Orders are shipped within two business days of placing your order, and will be delivered upon two additional business days of processing.

According to our records, your order should ship by the evening of November 15.

Upon receiving your shipping confirmation email, you'll be given a tracking number that will assist you in determining your package's estimated delivery date. Please note that it might take up to 24 hours before the tracking number returns any information.

Sold out so soon? That's ridiculous.

If they don't have a proper UK business sales team I won't be calling, they'll waste my time telling me the same as you've already told me.

Nevermind it's not like my current phone is broken, maybe next time.
 
Just to confirm I had the phone in my basket at 8:10 it just took that long of refreshing to get the order to confirm.

So phone in basket at 8:10 managed to press confirm and purchase everything at 08:27.

There is one persons order on XDA saying out for delivery.
 
Am I the only one without a shipping date still? For me where others see a shipping estimate or the new "pre-order", I just see "complete". Hope my order isn't stuck in limbo and it's just a website glitch.
 
Mine still says Pending within Google Wallet. It also says this in the My Order section on the play store:

To be honest this whole launch has been a farce. Don't know where they got £10 delivery from :p
