***The Official LG Nexus 4 Thread***

Any thoughts on CM vs. AOKP? I think AOKP's much more extensive customisation options appeal to me more, but CM seems to have much more frequent updates.

Does AOKP have enough stability in all the core features (full working wifi, mobile internet, camera etc) to be used as a daily driver?

Which one did you download by the way?

Cause I've just nuked my install to see if it would work & it has.

you are putting the file into C:\Google Nexus 4 ToolKit\put_google_factory_image_here yes & not extracting it?

I downloaded both and put them in there (not at the same time but tried one and then the other)

hmmm try redownloading the one from Google again & try it again.

Most definitely worked for me from selecting option 9 & then option 2 with the file not extracted in that folder.

One problem I've just encountered is with my virgin sim.

Just cut it down to size, fits in the tray no problem however on powering up it says "No Sim Card" and when searching for available networks it doesn't have virgin displayed . Yet if I try and register with any of the others it will give me "Your sim card does not allow you to connect to this network" or something to that effect.

Apologies if this is an easy problem or I've forgotten something, first new phone in a couple of years.
