Poetic bumper is the best value, I have the Google Bumper and Poetic but the poetic is a tidier solution and takes up less space as well as being cheaper!

Are they still delivered by TNT? If so, and assuming you miss it, you can go and collect it from their delivery office the same day.

Mines coming via Parcelforce. I wish they'd, initially, give you the option of popping to the depot to get it instead of waiting for it to be delivered.

My other half has the s line one, I have a rearth one. They are both ugly as sin compared to the naked phone but we have stone floors in the house so we suck up the fugly.

Just ordered the 16gb should be quite a nice upgrade over my aging S2

Now just need to decide between 3 and Giffgaff for the Bristol area!

I got a similar case but it has a stand built into it.

Also changed my rom to Purity rom. It's really quite awesome! Can change the colour of the onscreen buttons, add more buttons if you want, set different colours for the LED to each app.

Whereabouts?
Both networks are good, 3 will be getting 4G for free on some of their plans.

I was with giffgaff, loved their pricing scheme but don't like the o2 network. On 3 now and love the speed, went on holiday to Cornwall a couple of weeks ago and the wife who uses vodaphone had to tether to my connection to get a useable data connection

Yes i put the purity rom on, not bad at all, couldn't stand the default 4.3 gamma settings, why did they go for a washed out look

Im with Giffgaff, also love their pricing scheme but finding the 3g network a pile of turd compared to what it use to be like on Orange.

i dont think 02 are good these days, i moved to virgin, after 3 months , rang up to cancel, and got offered 1200 mins, unlimted data and text for £8 a month on a rolling monthly contract , makes giffgaff look a bit poor.

Mine has just turned itself off and won't turn back on :S Battery wasn't low or anything...weird. Even when I plug it in to charge it does nothing

Edit: Sorted it out, held the power button whilst plugged in to charge, red LED came up, was bricking my pantaloons but it ended up turning on properly and is now functioning again

Both O2 and Vodafone have very poor 3G coverage in my experience.

Sound recording on nexus 4

Has anyone noticed that recording any sound on the nexus 4 is atrocious? Any video recording or audio recording becomes extremely distorted.

I downloaded a mic recorder on my nexus 4 and xperia U, setting the quality to CD/44.1kHz and while the Xperia U records the sound extremely crisp and correct the Nexus 4's is a mess.

Is is possible that its a software issue or just a really poor quality mic?

Yep. Had some previous audio recordings for a car problem, the same noise and the Nexus 4 was terrible compared to my previous iPhone 5. More a software issue than anything else, I'd presume, considering that calls for the recipient sound fine.
