No, I've stayed clear of it.

I thought this initially just went out for the AT&T version (I9020A) and did bork tethering. There's a big thread about it over at XDA:

Yay, a 17.5Mb OTA update just turned up and 2.3.6 is here.

I don't seem to get OTA updates any more but I manually installed it... all seems to be fine (never had the voice search bug, and WiFi tethering still working fine). Seems a tiny bit nippier, but I am more than sure this is down to rose-tinted firmware update spectacles

Quite looking forward to the ICS update to the Nexus s. My hands are small so there is no likelihood of me upgrading to the newer devices with screen just big enough for me to be uncomfortable holding!

Ignore that question above, I've just had my nexus delivered today. I currently have an iphone simplicity tariff on o2. I powered the phone up and received a txt from O2 saying phone them to set up mms and WAP.

I phoned them and the girl tried to tie my into another contract stating that my new phone isn't 'compatible' with the iphone simplicty tariff. Is she talking nonsense? I'd presume I could continue using my current tariff and benefit from the 500mg of data I get each month?

For anyone that hasnt been on Xda there is a working aosp ics rom up now, and its pretty darn good, definatly a daily rom for me, and an update due in a couple hours to improve it even more.
