Nope. We need to get the unlocking code for the phone that mean, as its a hardware limitation.

No notification center. - MS have confirmed they ran out of time but its on the way

Poor picture quality under daylight conditions. Nokia are releasing a patch shortly to correct this.

Wi fi keeps disconnecting... MS have confirmed a fix is on the way.
gmail implementation quite poor... I have had no problems with it, but I would expect it to work as well as Android for obvious reasons.

smallest font size is still too big... That's a combination of a large screen and WP8 theme.

Poor music player... I have had no problems with WP7.5, seems to work well.
 
I have just been testing the audio quality and I am hugely impressed with it, its leaps and bounds of a improvement over the old Lumia 800.

Nokia have said they are working on a update for the camera, which from past experiences should be released pretty quickly.

However, that said images are some what a personal thing, some people like them over over-saturated tones and colors and other people prefer a more neutral colors and tones.
