I got the excavator 8043. It's pretty neat. nice build, some good tricks in it. . Argos have them for 99.99 last few though..

Im tempted to pop into my local argos and pick that up myself, but the one i really want is the american peterbuilt wrecker truck, but they fetch silly money now

The advent calendars this year were rubbish. £25 was ridiculous for less than £10 of lego.

Anybody got the latest Mobile Crane 8053. could you tell me if its worth it - also ive got a spare motor function set from one of the others so i could motorize it aswell - failing that i think i might get the digger one.

They had a few of these in Walmart a couple years ago for like $200, asked the wife to get me one for my birthday, she laughed.....i almost divorced her on the spot.

You should do a quick you tube for the Millenium Falcon, some excellent stop motion videos of the construction of it. Very nice.

Picked up one of these for my dad a few years ago. I can't find any better pictures anywhere on the web or any other details about it, which makes me think it is a rarity. It is a model of Harley Davidson Ultra Glide. This pic was the only one I could find on the web. I'll have to see if my dad still has his assembled.

It was allll about the old school lego technics, i remember building that JCB it was great. Ive got a giant box of it in the loft, all sorts of motors, and pneumatics i might well have to go and dig it out.

Have fond memories is making this one aswell...
