Tempted to pickup the gunship. Absolutely love the ship and it’s got some money off on Zavvi.

The Lego map looks rather awesome built up like that and I had thought about it for my office in our new house, but the comments on it being a boring build doesn't exactly make me rush out and buy it.
I got it when it first came out, i loved how it turned out by my word is a bloody boring long build. I found it really boring, to the point it actually annoyed me.

That's what I did
. Tbh I wouldn't mind replacing them for a reasonable amount. I struggled with the round stickers on a round piece. They look really bad if they're at a dodgy angle, but it's hard to tell until it's mostly on.

Technics is always like that until you get 2/3 there.
Still my favourite lego kits, mind.

Well having tested positive for Covid and needing something to cheer me up, and with all my other Lego being shipped to work where I can’t go, I’ve ordered a gunship to the house

I've not seen a pic of anyone's where I don't think it looks like a huge grey monstrosity.
The detail is just lost in the endless bland grey. It was an easy no buy for me.
Might finally build the lunar lander soon. Been sitting on it for an age.
Also couldn't resist the starry night. Looks amazing.
I reluctantly bought the Ferrari. Mainly due to the upcoming price hikes. I've got 90 days to return if it doesn't get a massive hike.
It really looks horrible vs the others. I don't want to even build it. But the need to have 'the set' is high.
If I was rating the big technic cars:
Porsche - 10/10. Absolutely my favourite.
Lambo/bugatti - 7/10 they look good. Both of them but not a touch on the porsche.
Ferrari - 4/10. It looks like a mess. The top views in particular. The lines don't seem defined like on the other cars. There's too much red and not enough cut away sections. I really do not like it.
I used to be able to get used sets for a big discount on ebay. Now used sets are no longer worth it. Often commanding rrp or so close it isn't worth it.
Ferrari would have been a used set buy for sure.

Looks much better than old set.
It's not a set for me. And that's lucky as I have absolutely no where I could put a set like that with its footprint!

Would have to agree. Plus it doesn’t seem to have an interior, whereas the falcon and AT-AT do.

Must admit I made an error with that gear box. Didn’t notice it until it was completely finished. It was like the breaks where on once they rotated half a spin. Took me hours to rectify it!
Still my favourite though.
That rollercoaster is awesome. Think I’m going to have a dedicated Lego room at this rate.

I love DPD. My Lego was going to work, but I’m stuck at home with Covid. So easy to change the delivery address.
Started the X wing today (loving the the wing mechanics, haven’t quite figured out how it will translate to the wings moving yet). Marauder arrived too. Razor crest and Fett’s ship arrive tomorrow
