**** The Official OnePlus 7/OnePlus 7 Pro Thread ****

I'd probably never use the selfie camera. My point was the recess it pops up out of will probably fill with dust and maybe lead to failure of the mechanism, though really don't know for sure. To be contrary I'd probably prefer the pop up camera to a notch or hole in the display  In the end I'm not bothered about a selfie cam and if the pop up camera failed to 'pop up' I care not other than when it comes to the day I want to sell it on.

John Lewis, 2 year warranty... Job done.

Sure, but about 3 months worth :) I get it, not everyone always has a reliable 4G stream. For me, there's just no need to store that much info on the actual phone, but I understand for some it's a need.

I certainly wouldn't want to trade a front facing camera for an SD card slot though and I think the majority would be the same.

Nope. FFC is a waste of time. FFC was invented for vain PPL.

SD card slot all day long.

I have 62Gb of music & 72 Gb of movies on my Note 9.

Storage over vanity FFC aby day.

Removing selfie camera instead of a headphones jack? Now that would be courage :D

To be fair, it's a pretty reasonable concern with a motorised camera if you work in construction or such. I remember working around a lot of wood dust on a construction site and my Note 3 would get crazy dusty, talking all nooks and crannies.

There's nothing to stop dust from getting into the little cavity where camera resides so it's not a case of simply not using it during a shift. However, there is a seal around the bottom of the selfie camera module so it might actually be good to open it up after a shift and let the seal push out anything that got in there. Personally between warranty and insurance I wouldn't really let it stop me from getting the phone.

For you. As I've said, not for me and likely not for the majority.

Oh... wait... so you don't need an SD card slot? The 256GB onboard is plenty, as we've already said. Great, everyone's happy! :)

**EDIT** On another note, I have quite a few sample photos here. Most of them are in near perfect conditions, thanks to recent weather, but I got a few low light/night photos. Clearly Nightscape isn't in the same league as the Pixel or Huawei equivalents, but generally I'm very happy with the OnePlus 7 Pro camera.

I've got the 8/256 version and I can confirm ghost tapping happens with NFC on when CPU-Z is running. That seems to be the only time it does happen.

I'll say again - just don't run cpu-z then?:p:p Why do you need cpu-z? Other than to re-create an issues that doesn't appear to happen any other time??

Wait for the 7 or Galaxy S10e ??? IF trade in my 3T can get S10e for same price.

Like the 3t, but seeing theres some quality issues with 7pro, I'm having second thoughts on the 7.

Not too bothered about cameras, just like good build quality, decent battery life, nice screen and not too big, so S10e better for size but worse for battery.

If you have searched. You would know it's not just that one app but a few more ;)

Seen reports have it happening in WhatsApp too.

Yep. And reddit app.

Can someone else try this please.
Put the screen to 60hz then turn on NFC, and load up cpu-z or what ever app makes ghost touches for you.

On mine 8\256 version. The ghost touches was faster and more of them.
