Does anyone have any issues with the USB ports on the back? I have the receiver for my MX Master plugged in to one of the rear ports and every so often Windows will ding to say the receiver has been removed, and ding a few seconds later to say it's been reconnected again.
I'm torn between this and the Dell U3415H
Can you help me decide ? ....
For me there is no other choice than 40".
It is the most incredible and life changing experience right after SSD when I bought years ago.
This is extraordinary, unbelievable how this monitor can change gaming experience.
Last night after unboxing and installing it, I spent whole night playing MGS5 and Witcher 3. Both games looked incredible on my previous 27" 1440p but this... this is entirely whole another level of immersion.
If you want ultra wide - I would still take 40" - you can set up res to lutra wide on this screen and just have black bars on top and bottom. Win win solution!
ONLY SOLUTION!
I bough the Dell...even now a day later I'm still getting used to it...40 inch is just to big for me...it just feels odd like sitting to close to a TV
A bit like sitting at the front row of the cinema....it just doesn't work for me...
I have similar thoughts - I think using somesort of window organising software might help managing the space (going to try personally).
Well its a deal breaker for me so anyone who has would be much appreciated
If only this monitor had Freesync, I'd have bought it without a 2nd though...sigh...Not convinced guys can this monitor play bf4 online without judder tearing etc ? anyone with a high end gpu set up tried this ? Really don't want to have to return it due to it not handling gaming online. I have 2x msi 290x gaming cards so I am hoping I can make use of 4k until I get better cards in the future.
