Yeah snap but handy if you didn't have or sold a PS3. I know quite a few folk that had an xbox last gen.

It'll be good when devs stop making games for the current gen and focus on the new consoles.

people would be moaning that all ps4 games are just ps3 games upscaled, and the MS fanboys would be throwing it in your face every time it happened.

I'm not really getting much use out of my PS4 these days. Thrashed it for a month and then back to the PC and WiiU, which both have shed loads more worth playing at the moment. It won't last i'm sure, but come on Sony, let's start bringing out the big hitters!

Hope to complete Tomb Raider this weekend, then doing some PS3 back catalogue before next week and then it's FF X HD.

Nothing to do with Sony though is it? Developers knew the console would be launching what roughly a year ago now?

Sony do develop themselves but they aren't the only ones.

Developers like Polyphony Digital though are notorious for taking several years to get a game out. So i wouldn't be expecting a GT anytime soon. They are probably aiming for 2015 and it will be delayed until 2016 or 2017. Unless they release a prologue/demo.

Just saw this over in motors but thought it might be ideal for the DS4 sticks with the wearing away instead of buying replacements/caps.

why would you buy that for £13 when you still need to take the controller to spray the thumbsticks properly when 20 thumbsticks are like a tenner on ebay.

I imagine 20 spare thumbsticks should last me until PS5 (hopefully).

It also says

"they can simply peel the plastidip off"

doesn't sound very durable to me

Personally I would just mask up the pad and do the tops of the sticks meaning you get a lot more than 20 thumbsticks.

No taking the pad apart, voiding warranty should it break and it just peels off.

I'm sure I could find other uses for it too

doubt it, ps4 for the players advertisements have been going around the channel 4 and other channels since from around two weeks. before Xmas.

there was one with destiny only a week ago aired. ps4 has been well as advertised , the infamous adverts will be to tie in with its release.

anyhow, npd figures for Feb shows ps4 still outsold x1 despite supply constrains and titanfall price drops for x1 etc... yesterday amazon got ps4 consoles without bundles back in stock and it shot to no1 best seller, infamous second son is selling on pre,orders alone above titanfall over on usa Amazon... Sony have little to worry about.

if Microsoft cannot outsell Sony with x1 biggest exclusive release , price drop on hardware and Sony struggling with supply, topped with an article on PSU with ea saying the money they got from ms isn't really going to cover the potential lost sales from the millions of ps4 owners in the consoles first few months on sale, then Sony are sitting quite pretty at the moment..

You do realise the figures are for February? You know, before Titanfall? And the price drop came into effect on 28th Feb. Those two are not really gonna impact the February sales are they?

It is all about the games and MS are streets ahead of Sony at the moment. My PS4 has been on for about 2 hrs since I got it a few weeks back....

It's not streets ahead at all. It has Titanfall and Forza. PS4 will have second son next week plus kill one and numerous ps+ games. Plus when it comes to 3rd party games they tend to be visually superior on sonys box. With driveclub, the order and others it will be a good year

PvZ is the only miss for me so far. Titanfall looks good but it'll be full of morons very quickly and will become the next halo/cod. Hopefully they stay there.

PvZ would be something I could get the bairn in to as well, his first shooter.

Not to mention that Ground Zeroes will sell miles better on the PS4 compared to the XB1.

All opinions, but Id say at the moment it is. Forza, Titanfall, Ryse, Dead Rising 3, PvZ to name a few. Even Project Spark beta is out which is very unique.

I know the PS4 will have great games, but at the moment is quite slow. The release schedule from MS been spot on so far.

Broken Hope - MG Ground Zero, it is on both machines. I dont know what your point is about it selling better on PS4?

I think broken hopes point is that it runs better, looks better and ps4 has a larger user base. People that have both consoles will likely get the ps4 version as well due to lack of multi player.

Again opinions, Ryse and DR3 have been two of the better games so far. I agree MG Ground Zero will sell more on PS, but im not trying to debate sales figures, just games available.

And at this moment in time, the Xbox One is ahead.

At launch it's not just about games currently available though, it's about potential games coming and Sony IMO has the better first parties with the likes of Sony Santa Monica and Naughty Dog, along with Sucker Punch.

You can say that Microsoft have the better games out at the moment and that's your opinion which is fine, but if that's the case why is the PS4 selling so much better than the XB1 if it's all about games? Yes pricing isn't on Microsoft's side but I'm fairly sure it's more than just pricing responsible for the disparity.
