anyone know if you can have more than 1 person using voice chat at a time on PS4?

e.g. 2 of you playing online together and you both use a headset (one each) with your DS4.

or can only 1 person voice chat on the console?
 
I must say I was tempted to get the Xbone Titanfall bundle (with an extra game free), but with Infamous and MGS coming out in under a week, I came to my senses.

It's mainly because I have a hankering for a decent driving game (and no not NFS, I don't care about beating the number of billboards smashed by my friends) like Gran Turismo/Forza. But I can't bring myself to get Gran Turismo 6 on PS3 if the loading time are anything like GT5.

The loading times are much improved on GT6 ;)

Your best bet to think is that GT 7 will be released in 2020, that way when they say they will release in 2016 and it gets pushed back to 2019 you will think it came a year early.

But in 2017 they will release a "prologue or demo/concept" to plug the gap.

Until then Drive Club will do (whenever that gets released).

You can say that Microsoft have the better games out at the moment and that's your opinion which is fine, but if that's the case why is the PS4 selling so much better than the XB1 if it's all about games? Yes pricing isn't on Microsoft's side but I'm fairly sure it's more than just pricing responsible for the disparity.

Well we have seen in this forum that there is a lot of hatred for MS at the moment, sure that has a part to play.

Kinect being bundled, the PS4 being cheaper and the better spec console are other factors.

I am sure the Sony studios will make some great games going forward, but at the moment we are months away from any of those releases or even reveals (except Infamous).

But hey, I am talking about games out just now, you mention potential releases :)

Im sure both consoles will have great games, great exclusives and both will sell well.

Another factor is that multi platform games perform better on PS4. That has swayed a few of the folk I know in choosing a console. Regardless, I think both will have great titles going forward but at this time the X1 doesn't interest me and I do believe the PS4 is the better console

I think the MS fanboys are being a bit over sensitive these days, everyone seems to forget the bashing the PS3 got from the 360 fans, now the shoes on the other foot it seems to be a massive issue and allegedly worse than ever.

Anyhow, despite my previous intentions of waiting a few months, I saw this deal on Tesco's eBay outlet store and decided that my recent birthday funds could be put to use:

So Tuesday should be fun! Just in time for Infamous and MGS too.

Is there a way to have the latest software downloaded on a USB stick (like you can on the PS3) so I can update it straight away, or am I better off letting it do that itself? My broadband is a bit slow so depending on the file size it could take me a while.

yes - i had to do that when i swapped out the hard drive and the sony site is very slow so make sure you download it ASAP, took me over an hour on my slow connection.

Hm maybe I shall get that.

Also, I was looking at trade in prices for PS4 games and Killzone SF is only worth £9 cash or £13 trade in! And that is at both Game and Cex!

Terrible to think that a game that retails near £50 has dropped so much. I expect some PS3 games may be worth more than that to trade in, even though they cost half the retail price to buy new.

Was going to trade in AC4 and Killzone SF for Infamous and maybe MGS, but seeing as together I would only get £37 :( (£13 KZ and £24 for AC4)

Follow these instructions

1) On the USB storage device, create folders for saving the update file.
Using a computer, create a folder named "PS4". Inside that folder, create another folder named "UPDATE".

2) Download the update file, and save it in the "UPDATE" folder you created in step 1.
Save the file with the file name "PS4UPDATE.PUP".

3) Turn off the power of your PS4 system completely. Check that the power indicator is not lit. If the power indicator is lit orange, touch the power button on the PS4 system for at least seven seconds (until the system beeps a second time).

4) Connect the USB storage device that the update file is saved on to your PS4 system, and then touch the power button for at least seven seconds. The PS4 system starts in safe mode.

5) Select [Update System Software]. Follow the screens to complete the installation.

If your PS4 system does not recognise the update file, check that the folder names and file name are correct. Enter the folder names and file name in single-byte characters using uppercase letters.

it's disgraceful. I've now decided that I won't be selling ps4 or ps3 games unless on the sellers market here or maybe eBay. trade in prices are indeed a disgrace.

I recently sold some ps3 games and my PS3, huge mistake for me. had to buy another ps3 , way too many games on ps+ etc...

as for 9 quid for killzone sf. wow , indeed disgraceful.
 
Killzone is probably cheap since Sony messed up and most people got it for 85p or whatever and then game is flooded with copies traded in.
