The Order 1886 runs at 30fps/1080p.

Can't wait til the X1 fanboys see this and start saying how rubbish the PS4 is!
It would likely have to be 720P/30fps on Xbox One so they don't really have anything to be smug about.
30fps is not ideal but as a 1080P TV owner if most games are native 1080P this generation I'll be happy.

Currently a slightly stripped down version of DriveClub is planned to be released for free to Playstation Plus Subscribers (By Stripped down I mean missing some cars and tracks).
Assuming your mates have a Playstation Plus Subscription I believe you should all be able to play together whether they choose to buy the full version or free version.

Oh yeah I forgot about that. Champion. Now I just have to hope we all like it enough to play it now and then. Only 1 of my friends is a big racing game fan but hopefully the draw of playing together helps.
Has anyone seen a recent article about Drive Club still coming out for free (lite version) for PSN members? As the majority of articles are from before Drive Club got delayed and replaced by Contrast as a free launch game. And then it got delayed again..
Contrast was just a substitution for Drive Club not making it to launch as the free PS+ title, the "lite" version is still going to be free for PSN members (or at least I haven't heard anything about them changing their minds).
What fault do you have just out of curiosity?
Problem you have (like Destiny) is that we havent seen much really since the reveal so no idea where they are going with it. It might be more like Mass Effect in how it deals with a team for all we know...I was hoping it would be 4 players co-op like Gears seen as you play in a team of 4
Sony I feel are on the wrong side of the line of keeping peoples interests up only so much smoke and mirrors can be taken before hype can turn to annoyance. Whats the next big event they could announce stuff at? E3 is too far away - GDC?

I think it's a pretty rare fault (certainly haven't seen a whole lot about it) where the disc feeder makes a very horrible screeching sound when inserting or ejecting a disc.
It causes no problems to the running of the console, but who's to say the drive won't break down the line from it. It really does sound awful, still cringe everytime I hear it.
Amazon offered a refund but with no stock anywhere at the time I said I'd wait it out as it was working OK for now. But now I just want it sorted to be honest.

that's cool, I do like the mp aspect of the game but I do also like to play racers on my own as well.
Ah I see. When I put a disk in my ps4 it makes a loud vibrating noise for about 20 seconds but I think this is more down to the wood surface my ps4 is on.

The tweet was an as were to will there be competitive MP, the answer to that was no, hopefully that does no rule out co-op.
ac black flag runs at 1080 30fps so the order 1886 running the same wont bother most. All ps4 games so far with exception to battlefield 4 have been 1080p so I don't think the order 1886 running at 30 fps will upset many. as its running at 1080 so most will see that as good enough...
as for drive club, this game is staring to be the first gt5 game for ps4. wonder if we'll see it this year at all, as they keep putting the release date back and back...

didn't the main guy behind gran turismo say he made a huge mistake with his "perfectionism" and is now just going to start thrashing out games on a regular basis?
GT5 being delayed what was it 3-4 years in the end totally killed my passion to play it.
When he first started making the series he released 3 within 4 years although the third was A spec and more of a technical demo than a full game. But he had a track record of releasing a game once every 2 years.
Take the third out of the equation and it's now become a track record of a game every 4-5 years.
He is now hoping to get back to basics and just rattling them out than overthinking everything. That's what I read anyway.

Hopefully that's the case then and not a faulty console for you too! All my friends PS4s are silent as can be in all aspects of it's use.
Just been onto Amazon CS and if I send back the entire Gamer pack bundle and buy it all again they will price match as the bundle is no longer available and won't ever be again.
1 snag there is I sold Killzone. Doh!
So now I'll have to re-buy Killzone to send back, and order it again to receive the bundle price match then sell it again.
Going to bring PS4 into work tomorrow to phone Sony first though see if I can get console for console replacement. They said they want to hear the noise but mobile signal is rubbish in my house and I have no landline.
At least if I get nowhere with Sony Amazon have confirmed they will sort it out for me.
blitzwing85 - you must know someone that has KZ? Just borrow it from them and send your PS4 back and give them the replacement copy you get - probably take about a week/10days...
I dont get why people sold KZ so quickly - did most just play the SP and then sell it? Im still enjoying its MP atm...

Nope, everyone I know got the gamer bundle but they all sold Killzone too.
None of us even played it. Only bought the bundle because we all wanted the 2nd controller and camera, and by selling Killzone it meant they were both included for £50.
I did actually try the single player on KZ but only got about 45 minutes in before I gave up as I wasn't getting into it in any way.
Have little to no patience these days for games unfortunately. Maybe i'll give it another go this time. I tihnk after the typical condescending 30 minute tutorial games keep including I'm usually far too bored to continue. Now that it's been a while, and my save is into the proper game then maybe I can get into it enoguh to complete.

speak to a different sony service agent.
i phoned once complaining about how loud my replacement ps3 was and the person on the phone said it was normal, the cooling system was working as it should (my previous ps3 was silent in comparison).
i then phoned again and the agent asked me if that was the ps3 he could hear in the background and i said yeah and i said i'm standing roughly 3 metres away from it too, i'll stick the phone up close so you can hear how loud it truly is (it was so loud one night my bro came into my room to ask me why i was hoovering, no joke, it was ridiculous compared to any other ps3 i'd ever heard). that agent ordered another replacement to be sent out with no fuss.
i would tell them that it isn't right and you have used your mates and it's completely different. a different agent should get it booked in to get it checked for faults.
