Really liking that PS4 and as others have said I hope they release the controller separately. Although saying that, they really need to get a better battery in it! (And fix the peeling analogues if that is still a problem!)

Uncharted 4 will if going on past uncharted games wipe the floor over the next tomb raider anyhow..

The uncharted series is why loads of people go SONY. I purchased the PS3 solely on the basis of playing the Uncharted games. I got the PS4 for GTA V (obviously) but also because of the next Uncharted game - that I simply will not miss.

Me too, I missed out of the Uncharted series on PS3, not going to miss it this time. Why I got a PS4.

Downloaded the new anniversary theme at lunch after the FW update - if you switch off the key tone and reboot youre in for a treat - shame its not perfect (boot screen doesnt change :(). The new PS4 boot up sound sucks in comparison - keyboard cat would have done better...

Are you guys fawning over this because of nostalgic reasons? Surely you don't think GREY is a good colour? Might as well stick a PS logo on a breeze block.

Of course it's nostalgia, that's the entire point of it.

I said to a friend earlier in the year that a PS1-grey DS4 would be cool, so I really hope they release it separately. I also had an idea for a PS2-style PS4 theme the other week. Get out of my head, Sony. :p

There's no reason they couldn't re-package PS1 games to work on the PS4 as they did with certain PS2 titles for the PS3, but I don't see full backwards-compatibility ever coming.
PS Now puts pay to that - Sony sees a profit there looking at the kinda rental prices they want. Kept my PS3 as I do have a few digital PS1 games I tend to play infrequently, just dont see backwards compatibility as a real feature in future console generations, wouldnt surprise me if the PS5 wasnt even if it used the same architecture.
