It is a grey PS4, that's it, the only reason people want it so badly is because Sony made it and said "OMG LIMITED EDITION".

It's kind of sad to see all of the fever pitch over it resulting in ridiculous prices. For a grey PS4.

The only reason a vast majority of people wanted it (from what I see in the UK anyway) was to flip it straight away on eBay.

I don't know why I'm justifying myself here, but I wanted one because it represents a piece of gaming history, I'm a massive Playstation fan and have been since December 1995 when my mum surprised me with one for Christmas after saying she couldn't afford one.

They are a limited production run of 12,300 in the whole world, I'm going to say that this will always hold some value if I was to sell it in the years ahead (I'm not going to use the joypad) as I don't want that to get tatty.

Anyone had issues trying to re-download online saves? Trying with last of us and it keeps telling me the content isn't installed.

You have to have the game installed for it to download the save files. Sometimes it has a fit and uninstalling and re-installing the game has worked for me.

It's not just a different colour though, is it? It's a limited edition, in the original PlayStation colours and with some rather nice design additions to celebrate that. I can see that's not really your thing, but evidently we don't all feel that way otherwise Sony wouldn't have gone to the effort of manufacturing them in the first place.

For someone who keeps saying they don't care for it you certainly sound rather envious of the fact that he got one and isn't selling it on for profit.

How can I be envious he isn't selling it for profit? That doesn't even make sense much like why you wouldn't sell lol

People are just buying into PlayStations PR game.

I would sell to a mug for a ridiculous amount, he wants to keep. Both can have our own opinions. Move along.

Lucky man, I was really hoping they would sell the controllers seperately as I think they would get a lot of sales, but I can completely understand why they aren't.

As for the people telling you to sell, ignore them, its yours and completely up to you what you do with it. It's actually bordering on pathetic how vocal they are being about it. :D

Spot on... You don;'t have to justify yourself at all, its a bit of gaming history, and if you are a playstation fan then why cant you not have this and keep it?

Really some folks just need to get a grip, its yours and enjoy it.
