Mine arrived today. It works great, even for online games too.
Though I noticed Sony don't include a charger*, just a USB charging cable.
Did anyone else notice the manual has no English translation? The main language seems to be French. Every other language in Europe is in the manual except English.

They do make more of a difference than I ever expected, also a lot tidier and has saved me accidentally bashing the controller like I did with my PS4.
I picked up one of these Razer ones when it was on offer a while back, plus it was the only nice black one I could find

That black one is sweet. I find myself putting the controller on charge loads during short breaks in play sessions due to the fact I only have one. A non swappable battery is a bold decision by Sony.

I bought an 8bitdo Ultimate controller with hall sticks and a dock just before Christmas for my PC, the convenience and even just the look really sold me on them.
I was ogling the Razer version, but for £12 I figured I'd give the Venom version a shot. I've actually had battery packs from them before too that were pretty decent.

Just on the Sony online store right now, pricing up a tv and cinema kit. Notice they have a PS5 camera. What would you use that for? Anyone aware of any video call apps I can use to chat to my parents in the UK? Obviously they don’t have a PlayStation 5 though

Aye whatever suits your setup.
I mainly went for the Razer because it's in the living room and is the most unnoticeable for where it is.
For £12 you can't go wrong really, especially if you've found other stuff they do has been decent.

You can use it to stream yourself when you broadcast to Twitch (and maybe YouTube). It's all built in to the OS.

Really enjoying the ps5 version of Immortals Fenyx rising. Feels like a very polished Zelda type game with constant rewards.
Yeah it's a good game. The mazes/dungeons get a bit tiresome though.

That’s a tidy bit of kit. I have the official Sony charging dock. I’d wholeheartedly recommend a dock. Keeps things neat and tidy and ready to go!
I liked it both times I tried it but the enjoyment does wear off pretty fast. I never completed it.
Not keen unfortunately, it's either the official black ones or I'll stick with white.
