That does look quite sad when you read the bare facts laid out like that! I didn't realise how many games are also still released on PS4 or MS platforms. The list might even be a bit generous, as the Wolverine game isn't due till 2026!Let's be real, the biggest reason not to buy a PS5 Pro is this sad excuse for a list.
Half of them are remakes/remasters or games that will end up in PC with a year or two.
Yeah I was looking at getting one when FF7 Rebirth came out but that list really sold me on waiting until it was out on PC.That does look quite sad when you read the bare facts laid out like that! Try out Spider-man 2. It's the best game I've played in a very long time.So that just leaves Demon Soul's and Rebirth, both are remakes?
Wait, what about Returnal? I guess that is also on PC.
Graphics aside the second one is a far worse game than the first imo.Try out Spider-man 2. It's the best game I've played in a very long time.
Edit: or even play Spider-man 1 or Miles Morales to test the waters.
So many people saying "yeah but you could get a 40xx for that money" and leaving out that you have to buy the rest of the PC..One thing I have noticed from all of the fallout from Sony's badly received presentation is the sheer number of really crappy comparisons for PC vs PS5 Pro costs. And I'm not bashing on PC here as someone with PC and Steam Deck. For example, I just watched someone doing PC part picker using the usual Ryzen 3600, 16GB of crap DDR4, cheap PCI-E 3.0 storage, Nvidia 4070 and cheap case, PSU. But no mentioned of the OS, controller, audio equipment or running costs, i.e. current PS5 is 200w vs. a PC that can be considerably more. Yet everything negative about PS5 Pro, i.e. subscription, higher price games. Again likely bias on the part of the author but most of these pricing comparisons are irrelevant at worst or just badly put together.
Again not to say that going PC isn't the answer, or that you can't have a kick-arse PC that is very on point for your own requirements. But the PS5 Pro is likely beating any £700 'gaming' PC spec wise.

Huge segments of it feel like more of a slog, and whilst I've got the Platinum on it, I certainly didn't feel the same level of wanting to complete it.
The best bits of a Spiderman game for me are when you are web swinging, actually being Spiderman, not being forced to play as other characters for whatever reason.
Equally, Spiderman to me was and always will be Peter Parker - I'm invested in him, not any other version of Spiderman.
Spending all that money buying components only to have to resort to slapping a spyware pos OS on it They totally don't get it.So many people saying "yeah but you could get a 40xx for that money" and leaving out that you have to buy the rest of the PC..
Should be Hall effect sticks and triggers by now especially at the price they are.I think they making a killing on controllers, the drift issues seem pretty big, yet they still 1 year warranty and now the price is going up for them.
Given that none of the console manufacturers use hall effect sensors, I'd hazard a guess it's to do with Gulikits ownership of their patent. Maybe that changes or I'm wrong. Obviously one of the benefits of PC and Switch gaming is that you don't need to use official controllers and have loads of options. For Xbox now there is the Turtle Beach controller which uses hall effect sticks, so hopefully that changes at some point.Should be Hall effect sticks and triggers by now especially at the price they are.
