I’m playing ghost of Tsushima again on ps5 and I’m finding the camera locks onto enemies and when im fighting a group I get hit from the side because I’m locked on someone else.
I can’t remember this when I played it on ps4, is auto lock on a new feature. Not checked yet, but can it be disabled?

Check Accessibility options in game think it's there.

Finished Ghost of Tsushima and the expansion over the last couple of days, what a game. Everything about it just oozes quality, still plenty of side stories to do as well. 10/10.

Nice, I’m doing a replay now, first play I never did all the side content.
As above did you get on with the auto lock on or did you disable it?

I'm struggling with it, really enjoyed it to begin with but I've just got a bit bored of it.

Got email saying somebody logged into my ps account in Florida. I was putting kids to bed so said I'll investigate afterwards. (10mins later)

Before I got ps5 on I got another email saying 2FA has been enabled. Now I can no longer log in.

I'm screwed aren't I? Just give me the bad news now.

I wouldn't give up until you've contacted Sony customer support, and do it ASAP. I'd like to think they'd find it odd someone has suddenly changed account from Ireland to Florida. Did you have 2FA enabled ?

I stupidly didn't. I let the older lad set up the PS5 when the wife got it for both of us as a gift. It was on my to-do list but then I just completely forgot.

Sony support aren't open till Tuesday apparently as tomorrow is a bank holiday.

What's the worse that can happen other than me not seeing the account again? I read they'll get account back no problem but they'll ask for serial number of the playstation I created the account on. That would be a PS3 I got in 2007 ffs. What a dumb way to recover an account.

Surely they'll go by the serial number of the PS5 ( which will be attached to your account ) than an older, obsolete piece of hardware ? I wouldn't stress too much, I think you'll be fine ... but it's a real pain you have to wait until Tuesday to clear things up.

I rang awhile ago and they were open. They did indeed ask for the original serial number from the PS3 I had in 2007. But as I couldn't give that they asked other security questions. Account is back and I have 2FA enabled now for myself. Took 7 minutes.

I always try and do 2fa. It's a pain but it's good for piece of mind.

A quick question - hoping someone can help please, relating to F122 crossplay on PS5 and PC.

  • My son has F122 on the Playstation 5 - digital bought version
  • I have F122 on my PC, bought through Steam.

We can't play each other on crossplay because somehow the Playstation/PC accounts are linked.
How can I check this and deactivate the link? [Either on EA or Steam]

Looks like Family Sharing is not enabled, on any account, but I can't find how/where it thinks we are using the same account/profile

Thanks :)

Glad to hear they sorted it quickly, but it may be worth checking over any other accounts (email, shopping etc) that you use the same email address/password for because there's a good chance they'll try others.

It will be the EA link, it's similar to BF2042 for me.

You'll need to login to your EA account and then 'unlink' your PS5 or Steam account, whichever is easier / more convenient to do without causing any issues for other games.

EA has a decent set of help docs (somewhat surprisingly) and it seems relatively straightforward to do. I had to do it a few months ago with unlinking my PS5 account from an old EA account and relinking it to my current one so I could get cross-progression on BF2042.

Looks like you go to the link below, sign in (likely with your PS account), find 'connections' and then unlink!

Thanks - that worked :)

Looking forward to the new Star Wars game this week! I'm always a bit more confident picking up games on console at release vs. on PC and this is one I'm really excited to play.

We're moving house next week so my wife and daughter are heading to her parents for 2 days whilst I handle the move with the removal company but I'm not packing a monitor and the PS5 (they'll come down with me rather than the removal van) so I can get a good few hours of playing Jedi Survivor in the evening surrounded by boxes and sleeping on a mattress on the floor.
