Oi! Get back to that Zelda thread, I want some banterRaymond Lin said:I would consider getting one too at that price.

I have a Jap PS3 and I use a standard PC/Kettle lead with a 3a fuse in without issue. You wont be able to play UK PS2/PS1 games on your Jap import but PS3 games are region free. You will also only be able to play DVD/BD films from that region.dazsly said:Hi I could get hold of a Jap ps3! would I be able to hook it up to a kettle/radio powerlead? or does that model need a convertor? also I hear that the japanese consoles have restrictions for certain material i.e bloody games is this true?

Even to the untrained person like me, I see the depth of colour the games have compared to the 360. Hi-def is DEFINATELY btter with the PS3. Blu-Ray is pretty cool aswell, and I love the USB stick options. We've watched some great movies via the USB port and we get really smooth playback.
Big thumbs up from our household regarding the PS3. It is much better than the 360. I am not a fanboy in any way shape or form. Just seen both in action.
